Heading towards the Holidays with Doodlebug

We all love the holiday season and although there are two months left for the big X, for this blog hop I'm going to show you how I made a  cheerful Christmas scrapbook layout

To make the layout I'm using Doodlebug's

• white christmas sugar double-sided cardstock Item:3915  for the overall background
• home for the holidays double-sided cardstock (25 sheets) Item:3909 for the layered photos background
• home for the holidays sugar coated fancy frills CS sticker (12 pc) Item:3949 for the side of my background sheet,I used the awesome scalloped cut out trim sticker
• Made a simple 3D tree and decorated it with christmas sprinkles (6 pc)Item:4001 and one of the  doodads from home for the holidays doodads (6 pc)Item:4017 
• Added banners above my photos, a Santa and two of his deers coming from the North Pole on the left side,a small town beneath my photos and some extra trees scattered around-all the stickers came from home for the holidays sugar coated icon CS sticker (12 pc) Item:3948 and tree-o mini doodlepops (12 pc)Item:3884
• The Doodas were so cute that I decided to add some more of them to the layout - another reindeer for the Santa , Snowman at the front yard of one of the town houses, a gift box under the tree and another town far on the horizon for the Santa to visit
• Santa and his deers were kind enough to greet us all with home for the holidays quotes stickers (12 pc)Item:3975
• And to finish it all,I stick a cork heart pin by LYB NA-SP30 Stick Pins - Cork Flowers to the top of the tree and added a journaling tag on the right hand side of my pics
• All the non sticky elements were adhered to my background using my trusty XYRON 5" Creative Station loaded w/permanent adhesive cart. and gave some volume and height with Foam Dots from Teresa Collins adhesive Kit
