Chocolate Balls





You'll need-
250 gram La Petit Beurre
100 gram coconut or nutz
1/2 cup heavy cream
200 gram quality chocolate
2 Tbs red wine


In Magimix grain together the petit beurre with the nutz or coconut (you can make half and half mix too)
On double boiler melt the chocolate in the heavy cream
Pour the chocolate sauce on the petibar crumbs (that's how our Israeli petit beurre are called ) and mix well
Add the wine to the mix to make the mixture more smooth
With clean and slightly wet hands roll small chocolate balls
To decorate the balls roll them in cocoa powder/coconut/cinnamon/sprinkles

Keep refrigerated!
