You'll need-
250 gram La Petit Beurre
100 gram coconut or nutz
1/2 cup heavy cream
200 gram quality chocolate
2 Tbs red wine
In Magimix grain together the petit beurre with the nutz or coconut (you can make half and half mix too) |
On double boiler melt the chocolate in the heavy cream
Pour the chocolate sauce on the petibar crumbs (that's how our Israeli petit beurre are called ) and mix well
Add the wine to the mix to make the mixture more smooth |
With clean and slightly wet hands roll small chocolate balls
To decorate the balls roll them in cocoa powder/coconut/cinnamon/sprinkles |
Keep refrigerated!
